Mental Wellness System Coordinator

The Mental Wellness Systems Coordinator works as a primary support to the Mental Wellness Team within Health Services to achieve their goals of building wellness within the community. Working alongside services and those who find themselves within the mental wellness system, the Mental Wellness Systems Coordinator works to improve client pathways amongst mental wellness services both internal to and external to health services, to ensure barrier free, smooth and simplistic transitions between various supports.
